The Periferal Visions digital image series is created by photographing the software interface on a crt monitor using small to large format 4x5" cameras (image 1 through 6). Images 7 through 12 are computer screen snapshots of the software interface recorded at pre-established and random time intervals and composited in Photoshop. The goal of these stills is to suggest a sense of fragmentation, time passage and motion within a still image.
